There are two reasons why your recent service is not showing up in Car Care:
- It can take up to 10 days for a service record to appear in Car Care
- You may have serviced your car at a shop that is not a partner of CARFAX Canada.
To help your favourite shop become a partner, invite them using the "Suggest a Shop" form located under the Service History or Service Shops tabs within either the Car Care web or mobile experiences
