I'm not receiving the password reset email, what do I do?

You may not be receiving the password reset email for two reasons:

If the email address on file for your account is incorrect or invalid
If the email has been automatically sorted to your junk/spam folder

Ensure you are using the correct email address and/or check your junk/spam folder to access the password reset email.
