You receive notifications for all cars that are in your Car Care Garage.


If you are receiving notifications for a car that you no longer own, remove it from your Garage to stop future notifications.


Here's how:

  1. Login to www.carfax.ca/service
  2. Once logged in, you should be on the "GARAGE" page. If you are not, navigate to the "GARAGE" page
  3. For the car you wish to remove, click "Remove Car"
  4. Click "DELETE" icon
  5. If you are sure you want to remove the selected vehicle, click the checkbox for "I understand that all data for this vehicle will be deleted and cannot be undone."
  6. Confirm removal by clicking "Yes, delete it" again
  1. Access the "Garage" tab
  2. Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) located to the right to the vehicle that you want to delete
  3. Click "Delete" from the options.
  4. Confirm the removal by clicking "DELETE"
