If you are using the Car Care app on your phone, uninstall and re-install the app as this tends to resolve most technical issues.
If you are using Car Care through a web browser:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies to fix the problem. Instructions to do this can be found here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en
- If - after clearing cache and cookies - you are still experiencing a problem, try using a different browser and/or device

- confirm browser version (web) or mobile app version (mobile)
- confirm type of device you're using and device's operating system
- any other additional information related to this issue
