Once a report is redeemed, your report data is available for 180 days.


Should you need a copy of your vehicle history report, we recommend saving a copy to your computer.

Data contained in CARFAX Canada reports comes from a variety of sources, in multiple time zones, with different hours of operation. In some cases you might see “Collecting Data” appear on the report – meaning one or more of our data sources may be temporarily unavailable. Your report will complete once we have received a response from each of our data sources.


Please refresh your report or check back later to see if your report status has updated to “Complete.” You may need to wait until the next business day for your report to complete.

I added an ICBC check but there’s no information on my report.

If no damage, estimate or insurance information is showing up on a report that includes ICBC information, that means ICBC has no records to share – meaning, according to ICBC, the vehicle is free of damages.
