- Please ensure you are using a supported internet browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and/or Microsoft Edge (current version)

- If the email address on file for your account is incorrect or invalid
- If the email has been automatically sorted to your junk/spam folder

As a Canadian resident, we have switched your default experience to the Canadian version of Car Care.
You still get access to the same great tool but adapted to your needs as a Canadian car owner.
Here's how the Canadian version of Car Care will be tailored to your needs:
- You can choose between English and French as your preferred language
- Any open recall notices are delivered based on recalls issued in Canada
- Your odometer reading is displayed in kilometres by default
- You no longer see the emissions and safety inspections features as they're not relevant in Canada
